Overview
For over one thousand years the house of Lyneth ruled over the Aela. A golden age endured for most of their reign.
The Aela Human parent race is split into two sub-races, the Kaelar and the Vaelune. The predecessor of both the Aela Humans and the Pyrian Elves is the Torens, the first and greatest empire of Verra. The Torens were essentially half-elves.
The real-world influence for the Aelean cultural (parent race) is the French Medieval period, which is different from the individual sub-races. The Kaelar draw their influence from a more general European influence, while the Vaelune have a Middle Eastern Influence.
The Order of Hope
The Order of Hope is one of the orders of seven, the religious organizations correspond to the seven grand temples of Verra. The Order of Hope is an Aelan Human order based in the capital city of Aela. The patron deity of the order is Resna the God of Hope.
